Cupcakes are becoming a staple of any holiday celebration, and Thanksgiving is no different. Cupcakes come in countless flavors, are easy to serve and add a fanciful touch to holiday decor. While cupcakes would be a great substitute for pumpkin pie on the big day, they are also perfect for school functions and neighborhood gatherings. These adorable, colorful Gobbling-good Cupcakes are perfect for kids gatherings or for a special kids dessert on Thanksgiving. The body of the turkey is made using Nutter Butter cookies and decorator’s gel. The colorful “feathers” are created with fruit feather.

The Autumn Leaf Cupcakes are relatively easy to make, but add some pizazz to a basic cupcake. The chocolate leaf placed atop the cupcake is made by alternating spoonfuls of melted chocolate and butterscotch chips on waxed paper.
