Being a mother is a time-consuming job that never ends. Time for yourself can easily be lost because you are caring for your child(ren) 24 hours a day. Losing time for yourself can cause a lot of additional stress and health problems. Dealing with children all day, every day without taking any time to relax can make me anxious and irritable.

You can either have a scheduled time set up where you take some time to relax by yourself, or you can find open windows of opportunity to have a spontaneous break for yourself.
