When kids think of Easter, one of the most common things they picture is the Easter Bunny. As far back as I can remember, I always made bunny faces out of a paper plate. This is a very simple project and oh-so-cute to display in your house for visitors.
First gather your supplies:
- 2 Paper Plates
- Construction Paper (optional)
- Colored pencils, markers or crayons
- Glue stick
- Googley eyes (optional, but fun)

- Take one plate and cut out bunny ears.
- Cut pink construction paper to put inside of the bunny ears. You can also color the pink portion with crayons, markers or colored pencils if construction paper is not available.
- Glue the ears to the top of the other plate
- You are not ready to put the face together. Glue on the eyes if you are using googley eyes. My favorite way to create the face is give my kids the eyes, pink triangle for the nose and black whiskers. I love to see the abstract art they come up with. You can also just give them some crayons and tell them to make a cute face.

That's cute! And a great idea! I think I'll try this during the week with my lovely niece.
