		<description>What a coincidence, just today I noticed there was a plethora of overripe bananas at the house I nanny at, and not being able to stand the sight of produce being thrown out, I made a batch of banana muffins for them.  There were still some left, so i&#039;ll have to freeze the rest- thanks for the idea!</description>
