I never used to strap in my kid’s car seats by myself, I always had my husband do it because I didn’t think I was able to get it tight enough. No matter how much I pulled on the seat belt, the car seat still wobbled. I was given a Mighty Tite belt tightener and fell in love. I am able to easily strap the car seat in, pull the belt as tight as I can then move the ratchet and the mighty tite gets the seat in snug, no more wobbles. I feel that my children are much safer in their car seats with this holding the belt in place. To use it all you need to do is place the seat belt through the openings on the rod, then use the ratchet and it will tighten the belt the rest of the way. No struggling to pull the belt or fighting to get the straps in just right so they stay in place. I give the Mighty Tite two thumbs up!
