My dad was definetly awesome and hands on with us when he got home as well and I associated my mom with always being the parent who was around all day who said "No" to my brother and I all the time. This meant my dad was my fav until I got older and realized that my mom was really the one who took care of us through all of the bad stuff and good times and I just liked my dad as a child because he wasn't the disciplanarian. I love both of my parents equally of course (shhh, I love my mama most) now, but I appreciate what my mom did for us staying home and foregoing a career. Sorry for any spelling errors.
