Mother Sues Egyptian Hotel For Getting Daughter Pregnant

After finding out her 13 year-old daughter was pregnant, Magdalena Kwiatkowska of Poland decided to sue an Egyptian hotel, claiming that their swimming pool impregnated her daughter through “stray sperm.” According to reports the mom doesn’t believe that her daughter was sexually active, “The mother is adamant that her daughter didn’t meet any boys while she was there. She is determined to go ahead with the case.”

I’m no doctor, but the chances of a young lady getting pregnant in hotel swimming pool are pretty bad. At first I thought this case was a joke, but Polish authorities have confirmed receiving legal documents submitted by Kwiatowska.

I understand her concerns about her daughter being pregnant, but this story seems so far fetched that her chances of winning are thin. The mother’s main reasoning is that the pool was shared by both men and woman, and thus feels that this caused her daughter to be pregnant.
