It’s wonderful that you’re able to be home with your girls! My mom ran a daycare out of our house when I was young; my father died when I was eight and a half, and my mom was always able to be home with us because she worked there. Sure, it wasn’t always perfect, and it certainly wasn’t easy, but we never had to go home to an empty house.

My mom did not work either and I feel really lucky for that. I think it’s a hard, personal decision every mom and dad has to make and I am glad you are happy with your choice! I sure bet your girls are happy as well.
