Just about everybody loves Wikipedia. The wealth of information there is mind-boggling. There have been times when I thought, “I wish there was a Wikipedia for moms.” Well, somebody read my mind, because now there’s Mamapedia. Combining the wisdom of those that have “been-there-done-that” with the inter-connectedness of the Internet, Mamapedia allows moms to get advice whenever they need it without having to worry about waking someone up in the middle of the night.

Whether your newborn refuses to sleep or your teen is acting funny (like that isn’t a continual state for teens, but you know what I mean), somebody on Mamapedia has been through it and can give you the comfort of knowing you’re not alone. You may even learn a new trick to getting the baby to sleep or the teen to talk to you. However, please bear in mind that the information on Mamapedia is solely information and can’t replace your personal doctor. If you’re concerned about your health or the health of your child, please don’t delay to seek professional medical help.

So is Mamapedia just about dealing with the kids? With extensive entries on finances, health, and home, you’ll find a wealth of information to help you just about every area of your life. Grab a cup of coffee or tea, get comfortable, and spend an hour or two with your new Mom Brain Trust at Mamapedia.
