demi-vs-perez-01

It seems that Perez Hilton is always in a fight with one celebrity or another.  It’s expected in his line of work and this past week is no different as there has been an on-going battle over something he posted to his Twitter account.  Perez posted a link to a picture of Demi Moore’s 15-year-old daughter, Tallulah wearing a shirt that showed just a little too much.  Of course Demi didn’t appreciate the attention being brought to her daughter’s breasts and began to claim that Perez was violating ‘Child Pornography Laws”.

I would provide a breakdown on Twitter messages, however it seems that Demi has deleted the majority of the comments she made against Perez.  Here is what happened, in a nutshell.

Perez posted a comment, linking to a picture of Tallulah.  I haven’t seen the actual comment, but if you know anything about Perez, he is up front and in-your-face.  Demi replied to him stating he is violating child pornography laws by linking to that picture. Demi tweeted things like, “Clearly Perez Hilton isn’t taking violating child pornography laws very seriously. He might not but there are alot of people who do!’ and “Let me ask all of you, what is it called when someone is telling people to look and focus on a child’s ‘boobs & ass’ while providing photos?” Perez didn’t take this laying down and replied with comments like, “The real loser in all of this is Tallulah. And she has YOU to thank for all of this. xoxo” and “Ur daughter has been an actress in Bruce’s films. http://bit.ly/3YCEit You 2 have been exploiting Tallulah for quite some time.” Perez and Demi went back and forth a few times, ending in Perez stating her lawyer should have a letter from his and they are awaiting a reply.

Of course other celebrities had to jump in and give their two cents.  Kirstie Alley began calling Perez some of the worst things you think of.  She tweeted (and these are copy and pasted exactly as is), ” Perez HIlton: You are a CHILD pornographer.I VOW TO TAKE YOU DOWN.legally..keep up your vile behavior and I will make your sorry *** sorrier” and “I SWEAR, I will punch the *itch out myself..keep degrading children with your smut and I will make Will I Am look like an amatuer”.  Through the majority of Kirstie’s comments she says Rumor Willis, she is defending the wrong person.  Get your story straight before you jump and start getting involved, Kirstie.

Although the picture of Tallulah isn’t the most appropriate for a 15-year-old, I do not believe it is child pornography.  I see 15 year old girls walking around the mall wearing the same things.  At 15 you are just getting boobs and lots of girls like to show them off, that’s nothing new.  She just happened to get caught on camera.

As a parent, I would be horrified if my daughter had a picture like that circling the Internet but I would never accuse anyone of saying it was child pornography.  I love Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher, they are a wonderful couple and do great things, however, I had to disagree with her actions this time.  I think she has let her embarrassment override her judgment and acted without thinking.

The funniest part of the entire situation is, Perez’s comment was posted weeks ago and no one paid any attention to it.  It was all forgotten, until she started the accusations.  Now the entire world has seen her daughter’s breasts as she attempted to get the wrong kind of attention.  This is one situation that should have been dealt with in-house.  She could have seen the photo and had a mother-daughter talk and explained that it is very inappropriate for her daughter to go out with her breasts hanging out and explain the type of attention she would be getting dressed like that.  Demi attacked Perez and now their is a huge war in place and all the more attention has been brought to her poor daughter, that I am sure is embarrassed beyond belief.  Now Demi’s parenting skills are being challenged and criticized, it is a horrible situation all the way around and has been blown way out of proportion.

Gee! If Demi has such strong ideas about pediphelia, perhaps she should caution her daughter about inapropriate dressing. The kid is dressed like a tramp, she obviously wants to attract attention, she got the attention ,now mommy is upset? Your kidding me right?

Now that I have taken a second look at the photo, the girl is a mess. Her nails are bitten with faded polish, her teeth are yellow and needed braces awhile ago and her hair is a mess.Demi.you have obviously neglected your daughter.
