How naive, these United States of America... Making laws assuming you meet, get married, THEN have the babies... 

Some of these immigration laws were crafted to prevent fake marriages and to prevent things like having a woman sold and imported to the states.  Like every other law, it isn&#039;t perfect.</description>

		<description>As a former member of the military, I find it curious that the military rules don&#039;t line up with the government&#039;s immigration rules, or vice-versa.  It has been my experience in the past that usually it is the military&#039;s code of justice that is much stricter than the civilian code.  This is a tragedy in the making.  Hopefully someone with authority will step up to the plate and intervene.</description>
