Carol is like a father to Max, while Max is like a son to Carol. And I am praying that there's going to be a sequel to this movie, so everyone will know on what will happen next since right Max left the island of the Wild Things, if he wants to go back to the Wild Things and maybe Carol will want to apologize to Max for trying to eat him, and maybe Carol and KW (voiced by Lauren Ambrose) could be together, have their first kiss and maybe have a baby together. Maybe, just maybe, Spike Jonze could bring back all the actors (including James Gandolfini, Max Records, Catherine Keener, Lauren Ambrose, Chris Cooper, Catherine O'Hara, Forest Whitaker, Paul Dano and Michael Berry Jr.) to play their characters again.
