I did what Brad said and typed the address not in the google box but at the very top in my browser’s address bar and it took me right to the site!! Thanks so much Brad now I have the photo of my son and I and will cherish it forever.

for starters, type it in your browser’s ADDRESS bar, not google toolbar or whatever you’re typing it into. the same space that says http://www.kidglue.com/2009/11/25/photos-plus-princess-and-the-frog-ultimate-disney-experience/ right now.

I’ve read all the above comments and suggestions for viewing the photos, can’t get on the website to even follow the “complicated instructions”. Why when I type in the website on the back of the card do I get kidglue website? there’s got to be a better way, I guess I’ll never see the photos…..

because it’s https, it might not work behind company firewalls, but the site does work. there’s a contact form, but it uses https as well.

I can’t find the site either. We went to see it on Thanksgiving’s Day and I have been trying since then. I would love to get that picture of my family. HELP!!!

From there you enter your photo number on the right, register for the website, and then log back in using the email the site sends you. From there, once you are logged in, click on download your photo, add it to your cart (it’s free) then check out.

It’s complicated but it works for 30 days after you took it. After that, it is expired.

Help, we can’t view the photos. We paid good money for the tickets and now we can’t view the them. We also waited in a long line to be able to have one taken.
Very dissapointed !!!!!!
Is the website not working? What are you going to do about it? We want our picture.

Colleen – I went to that web page and then followed the instructions. They were a bit complicated but I remember you need to sign up and then go to your folder or something like that. Just go through the directions carefully and realize that, once you have signed up and come back to the site, you have to go into your account. I attended the Thursday 10:00 am show and I am trying to locate the Kodak pictures we had taken. We loved the movie and the interactive activities at the Roseland Theatre.
