(Star of “18 Kids and Counting” Michelle Duggar gave birth to number 19 today. The 42 year-old mom had an emergency C-section this morning after being in the hospital this past weekend for gallstones. The baby, Josie Brooklyn, arrived three months early after being due March 18th 2010.
At 1 pound and 6 ounces the newest Duggar is in stable condition, however doctors fear she might face future health problems with her small size.
On the TLC website the network had this to say “Michelle is resting comfortably, and baby is stable and in the NICU for extended care.” Doctors also say that once the baby is able to breathe on her own, they will release her for the NICU extended care unit.
