Everyone knows the finale of the 1940 Disney classic “Fantasia” where a sorcerer leaves Mickey Mouse alone in his workshop and all heck breaks loose with magic and the like.
Well, that famous scene, based on the 1797 poem by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, is being turned into a mega budget, live action family film starring Nicolas Cage. It’s also produced by Jerry Bruckheimer who did all of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” films.
“The Sorcerer’s Apprentice” will be out in theaters in July but, before that, grab the kids and let them check out this trailer to get them excited for all the magical action.
