Stores with cards usually carry blank thank you cards, as well, or you can just buy any blank card with an image you like, and write your own thank you card quote, verse or message inside.

As with all types of electronic communication, one of the biggest advantages of sending a virtual thank you card via e-mail is timeliness: you can get your card to someone instantly, regardless of how far away they are.
Another advantage of giving someone an electronic or printed card from a website, rather than a greeting card from a stationery store, is that it’s economical. Although increasingly more card sites are charging a price or requiring you sign up for a membership if you want to e-mail their cards, you can still find many free thank you cards online if you are willing to spend a little time searching.
