Some Canadian residents have found themselves in a state of emergency this week as uncontrollable fires have begun to spread across the province of Quebec and into Ontario.
Over 1,400 people have been forced from their homes near Wemotaci First Nation (central Quebec) with no idea of when they’ll be able to return home.
Native affairs Minister Pierre Corbeil is predicting that the fires will last quite some time, as the weather forecast shows hot temperatures and little rain for the next few days in the area.
