Hosted by Glee’s Jane Lynch, the “Do Something Awards” aired last night on VH1, honoring men and women, under 25, who are helping to make the world a better place. The show also honored a few celebrities who have made a difference through their charity work.
Megan Fox was on hand to introduce one of five finalists for the evening, each of whom has worked to create successful social change.
Ultimately Jessica Posner won the $100,000 grand prize for ‘Shining Hope for Communities’ a nonprofit organization the 23-year old co-founded shortly after graduating from college.
