Rock Band 3 Song List Revealed

By Jeremy Suede on August 26th, 2010

If you have kids, there is no doubt that you are aware that the latest fad in video games is music.  Guitars, microphones, drums and keyboards are now the controllers of choice.  MTV Games has just released the play list for the latest addition to this trend, Rock Band 3.  The previous Rock Band games have been huge hits because they allowed players to be the band and do some extreme karaoke to their favorite songs.  Now MTV Games is looking to attract a broader audience this time around and with this song list parents will have a hard time not playing along.  With bands from every decade going back to the 60’s parents will most likely know more song’s than their kids.

Here is the list that MTV Games has released.  You can’t hold them to just this list though because as with all it’s previous versions, Rock Band 3 will have unlockable secret songs that can be achieved by playing the game.  Just take a look though, I’m sure there is something for you to school your kids on for once.  Rock Band 3 will be released on October 26.

  • your mom

worst song list so far…. and why the fuck is fucking gay emo faggot cunt posers HIM on there??? no fucking chance I’m buying it now! they are so fucking emo!

  • Music Fan

    To: “your mom”

Given your lack of punctuation, repeated use of profanity, and your sub-human attempt at cultural knowledge, I surmise that you do not know what good music is.

If you are one of those kids (that is, between age 10 and 25) who thinks that Lady Gaga and Eminem are the greatest artists in the world, your input is not appreciated. Today’s youth is full on un-cultured and un-educated idiots who use profanity to deliver a strong argument. Your lack of mental acumen is obvious.

On the set list – Great selection of songs. The variety is fantastic, and with the introduction of the “Real” instruments I will definitely be picking this game up.

P.S. Good luck in school, kid. I’m 20, so if I see you there, I’ll be sure to laugh at you and follow it up by playing a HIM song on my radio. Just for fun :)
