The folks at VSP Vision Care have turned this once humdrum medical test into a fun, educational and creative activity for kids.
They created a make your own eye chart - you can enter in a custom message and have it turned into your very own eye chart! We created a ‘Happy Halloween’ chart, but you can use whatever message you’d like – ‘SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS’, ‘I LOVE YOU’, or even your name.

4. Color it in with your own wacky colors
5. Hang it on your wall and check your child’s vision at home!
