Ian Ziering, the man who player Steve Sanders on the hit 90’s TV show Beverly Hills, 90210 is starting his own family off-screen and has just announced that he and his wife Erin Ludwig are expecting their first baby.
The 46-year-old star released this statement to PEOPLE on behalf of him and his new wife (the couple married in May of this year):
“Erin and I are very excited to be parents. It’s something we both have always wanted,” Ziering said in a statement to People. “[Erin] is four and a half months along, and we both are beyond excited.”

Ian was previously married to former Playmate Nikki Schieler from 1997-2002. The couple divorced citing irreconcilable differences.
Ziering and Erin also announced the gender of their baby. The cute couple will be having a baby girl and she’s expected to arrive in April of next year.
