Successful actor, former ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’ and family man, Matt Damon opened up about the women in his life during a recent interview with Hello! Magazine [via PEOPLE].
“I was hiding behind the bar because I was getting hassled,” Matt said, describing the night he met his wife Luciana for the first time. “I went [back] and [Lucy] said, ‘What the hell are you doing here?’ because I didn’t work there and I was behind her bar.”
“I genuinely feel like – people have that saying about seeing someone across a crowded room – I swear to God, that happened to me,” the actor continued. “Something incredible happened the first time I saw her.”
The couple has three daughters together – Isabella,4, Gia, 2, and Stella, four weeks – in addition to Alexia, Luciana’s daughter (now 12) from a previous relationship. There’s no doubt that Matt has tons of love for all of his girls.
“It’s pretty crazy. The baby came a couple of weeks early. It’s our fourth, so we’ve done it before – but it’s a while new dynamic,” Matt notes.
However the actor wouldn’t trade it for the world.
“It was very different, it’s true,” he said of his path to fatherhood, “but I can’t’ imagine my life having not gone down that road. I can’t imagine what my life would be now. I don’t want to imagine it.”
