Showing off her growing baby bump, singer Pink has reportedly been thinking a lot about baby names for her unborn child. First on her list? Jameson – after her favorite whiskey.
However the pop star insists to Access Hollywood that more than her love to drink contributed to the idea.
“My dad’s name is James, and my brother’s name is Jason. [Carey and I] are both Irish, Carey’s middle name is Jason, [and] Jameson – we like whiskey. That’s a no brainer.”
Unfortunately for Pink, husband Carey Hart isn’t too thrilled with the idea.
“We’re all over the place, I’m all about meaning, and Carey feels like he had a girl’s haircut and a girl’s name, and he doesn’t want kids to have a weird name. I have to get him on the boat for originality, so I’m working on him.”
We think it’s cute – and as far as celebrity baby names go, it could be a lot worse.
The couple has yet to find out their child’s sex, however, Pink’s doctor may have accidentally hinted that they’re having a girl.
“My mom has always wished me a daughter just like me,” Pink revealed on the Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this month. “I’m terrified one of us will go to jail.”
The child is the first for both the singer and the motocross racer.
