It’s a boy for Ali Larter!
The ‘Heroes’ star welcomed her first child, named Theodore Hayes, with her writer-actor husband, Hayes MacArthur, early Monday morning, December 20.
“He’s our perfect Christmas present,” Ali dished to Us Weekly, who was first to report baby Theodore’s birth.
However it’s no surprise that Ali gave birth to a boy – the actress let it slip midway through her pregnancy that she was expecting a son. Referring to her baby as “he” while walking the red carpet, she later confirmed the news during a visit to ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.’
“Ohhh! I was trying to keep it private… but we’re having a boy!” she confessed [via PEOPLE].
The star also told PEOPLE that during her pregnancy, knowing she would soon be a mother put things in a whole new light.
“To feel this life growing inside of me grounds me every day and really puts things into perspective about what’s important in life,” she said. “It really is your health and your family.”
