One of our favorite things about Christmas is seeing the houses lit up at night. To get into the holiday spirit, we’ve put together a few videos of some of the best Christmas light displays in America. Check ‘em out below!
Truly Amazing Grace: Before putting the ‘Amazing’ in ‘Amazing Grace,’ Utah resident Richard Holdman admittedly started small with his holiday decorations. “My wife said, ‘Let’s put up some Christmas lights on the house,’ So I put up some and ever year, it gets more and more and pretty soon it turned into this,” he told CBS news. Richard has used his awe-inspiring displays to raise money for the Make-A-Wish foundation for the past four years, taking donations as cars line up along his street just to catch a glimpse of his amazing Christmas lights!
An Oldie but a Goodie: The video below, which shows an Ohio home covered in an astounding 25,000 lights synchronized to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s ‘Wizards in Winter’ was featured in a 2005 beer commercial for Miller Lite with the slogan, ‘Enjoy the Lites,’ after receiving nearly 8 million You Tube views.
Snooki’s House?: For those of you who like to fist pump your way through the holidays, this home in Chino, California and their Christmas lights synchronized to ‘Sandstorm’ by DJ Darude is for you!
