“I really do like Justin Bieber, but…I wanted to write a song that could relate to all those girls out there that love him and want to be his girlfriend–not because I wanted to be his girlfriend,” she explained during a recent question and answer session with her fans.
But Wallace’s bubbly pop tune, Justin Bieber’s Girlfriend has nearly a million hits on YouTube so far and has attracted the adoration of her very own growing fan club. ”You’re like my idol! GREAT SINGER,” “love your Justin Bieber’s Girlfriend song!” and “Great job! You have a very good voice and I hope you[r] dreams come true!” said one comment on her YouTube page. Wallace wrote the song with a Nashville song writer, Deanna Harper, who tracked the girl down from other videos of her singing on Facebook. She’s released it as part of a four song iTunes based debut album called, Justin Beiber’s Girlfriend, EP. It’s currently number thirty two on iTunes.
