In this amazing story, a dog was rescued after three weeks at sea after the horrifying tsunami in Japan. The dog had been living on the roof of a house off the coast of Kessenuma, Japan and had been floating around since the devastating day.
In the video below, you can watch as rescuers try to save the dog on helicopter. They thought the dog might lead the group to its owners, but only got scared and hid under debris. A coast guard lands on the house to try to save the dog under the roof, but after many attempts and hours go by he gives up. When the helicopter runs out of fuels, other coast guard rescuers return on boats and finally are able to save the dog.
