The ScrapKins are a group of industrious monsters that live in a recycling center and build their world out of the things we throw away. Created in 2006, by children’s  designer Brian Yanish and inspired by his childhood drawings, The Scrap Kins

mission is to encourage creativity and resourcefulness through stories and recycled art.

What can you make from all that junk you throw away? Join The Scrap Kins as they give step by step instructions to turn toilet paper tubes, milk cartons and recycled materials you have at home into pirate ships, bird feeders, masks and more!  Share a project with your kids for true DIY fun at home!
